Your files
Atelier PDF processes your documents only in your browser: they are never uploaded, stored or analyzed on a server.
Data we process
- Your messages and calls, to the contact address or the phone number, solely to reply to you. They are kept for no more than twelve months after the last exchange, are never sold or assigned to anyone, and are not used for any marketing or solicitation, including fundraising.
- Technical logs kept by our hosting provider (including IP address, date and time, page requested, browser), for the security and proper operation of the site, and for overall traffic statistics, without cookies or trackers. They are kept for a limited period set by that provider.
- Our hosting and email providers are located outside ECOWAS: this data is therefore transferred there.
The controller of this processing is the publisher, Cyane Solutions.
What stays on your device
Your preferences (language, theme, donation reminder) and the signatures you choose to remember are kept in your browser and are never sent to us. They are joined by a copy of the tool’s files, so that it works offline. You can erase them at any time by clearing the site’s data in your browser.
Atelier PDF sets no cookies and uses no audience-measurement or advertising trackers.
Donations
Crypto-asset donations are sent from your wallet to our public address; a crypto-asset transaction is recorded on a public ledger, beyond our control.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, and object to its processing, by writing to the contact address. You may also lodge a complaint with ARTCI, the Ivorian data protection authority.
Terms of use
By using Atelier PDF, you accept these terms:
- Use the tool only on documents you have the right to modify, and in compliance with the law. You alone are responsible for the documents you produce and for how you use them.
- Altering a document to deceive others, such as an identity document, a diploma, an invoice or a ticket, is punishable by law. Atelier PDF does not make any edit undetectable: a change can be spotted by examining the file, and the original text may remain in it.
- A signature placed with Atelier PDF is a plain image, not an electronic signature in the legal sense.
- The tool is provided free of charge, as is and without warranty. Check every document you produce before using it and keep a copy of your originals. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for any damage arising from its use.
